Amazing programs. Both Caleb and Rebekah take the time to hear what works for you and work with the chaotic police officer schedules. What happens on the set-up call?
The call is a short, practical step to get you started as quickly as possible. Caleb, our program coordinator, will answer any questions, arrange your assessment/intake with the appropriate practitioner based on your location in Canada, and collect any information needed to take care of your health services requirements and insurance billing for you.
What service or program is the best for me?
You do not need to have everything figured out before booking the set-up call. During the call, we will help identify the service, program, or practitioner that best fits your needs, goals, and location.
Do you direct bill?
Yes we direct bill to Blue-Cross
What happens on a Consult Call?
The Consultation Call is for those interested in our mental health services. During this 10–15 minute call, you’ll speak directly with a counselling therapist, have the opportunity to ask questions, and decide if it’s the right fit for you moving forward.
